Martin

Pediatric Physiotherapy - General physiotherapy / Lausanne Riponne

Passionate about pediatrics, I have focused my practice on supporting infants, children with atypical development and disabled children. My university diploma in "Children's motor, cognitive, sensory and behavioral development" enables me to spot developmental discrepancies at an early stage, so that I can quickly put in place appropriate care.

I work with infants requiring early motor stimulation, particularly in the case of cranial deformities(plagiocephaly): I take the necessary measurements and work with specialists to determine the indication for a cranial orthosis. I also work with children with neurological pathologies (genetic, metabolic, cerebral palsy), orthopedic pathologies(scoliosis, sprains, tiptoeing), or respiratory pathologies (bronchial decongestion, bronchiolitis).

"Detect, understand, support

My commitment is to identify needs early on, personalize exercises and stimulate each child towards his or her full potential.

I offer consultations in French and English, at the Centre Philae in Lausanne, but also at home.

  • 2025 The psychomotor development of infants

Physiotherapy - Women's perineal rehabilitation - Pregnancy / Lausanne sous-gare and Lausanne Riponne

I'm a physiotherapist based in Lausanne sous-gare and Riponne, with a mission to support women at every stage of their lives: young women, mothers-to-be, around the menopause, and beyond.

In order to specialize in this type of support, I have taken numerous training courses to offer you the best possible follow-up:

      • Throughout your pregnancy.
      • After childbirth: perineal, abdominal and lumbar rehabilitation.
      • Pelvic pathologies: vaginismus, vulvodynia, etc.

These training courses have enabled me to better understand and prevent various symptoms, as well as making it easier to identify the links between pathologies. This is particularly valuable in post-delivery perineal rehabilitation, to prevent and treat pelvic pain that may occur later.

Over the years, I've developed an expertise in urogynecology, with a particular interest in manual therapy. During pregnancy, for example, I favor gentle treatments, combined with moments of relaxation, to promote natural tissue recovery.

In addition, I offer exercises that are adapted, targeted and relevant to individual needs, which is particularly important for young mothers, whose time is precious and fatigue often present.

      Additional training :

      • 2024: University diploma in chronic pelvic pain
      • 2023: Nutritherapy
      • 2023: Perineal and visceral manual therapy
