I Solen, physical therapist at the Philae Center

Solen FR · DE

As the founder and director of the Philae Center, Solen embodies its vision and values. Her practice is guided by two core principles: clinical rigor and interpersonal skills.
Areas of expertise: pelvic health, postpartum recovery, lipedema, and lymphatic disorders.

With over ten years of experience, supplemented by extensive additional training, Solen supports women with pelvic health issues and lymphatic disorders, with a special focus on lipedema.

She is trained in the use of equipment that complements treatment (LPG, Tecar, biofeedback) as well as specific techniques (pessaries, Kegel exercises, manual therapy), so that she has the full range of tools required for each situation.

She does not hesitate to provide additional follow-up care when necessary, in collaboration with her specialized colleagues at the center.

II Amélie, physical therapist at the Philae Center

Amélie FR

Trained in women’s and men’s pelvic health, Amélie takes the time to conduct a thorough assessment in order to develop a precise and tailored treatment plan. Her approach is rigorous and straightforward, focused on the effectiveness of the care provided.

Specializing in pelvic and perineal disorders, Amélie works with both women and men.

Her area of expertise includes perineal and sphincter rehabilitation and anorectal disorders. She treats more specific conditions such as anal incontinence, male incontinence rehabilitation, and pre- and post-surgical care. She is trained and equipped to perform the Guillarme technique, biofeedback, Urostim therapy, and pessary insertion.

His approach is tailored to each individual, combining manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and personalized advice. The goal is to help each patient regain comfort and balance in their daily life.

Claire FR · EN

Claire has specialized in women’s and men’s pelvic health for several years. She also brings expertise in women’s sports physical therapy and maxillofacial rehabilitation (TMJ).

Claire has developed expertise in pelvic, urogenital, and anorectal health in both women and men. She is trained in the use of pessaries, biofeedback, and Urostim.

Her Master’s degree in pelvic biomechanics and her additional training in endometriosis, male perineum, anorectal conditions, and advanced pelvic-perineal care round out a rigorous and continuous professional journey that began in 2018.

Trained as a specialist in sports physical therapy, she works with female athletes on specific issues such as stress incontinence, returning to sports after childbirth, and pelvic organ prolapse in athletes.

Claire has also earned a university certificate in oromaxillofacial rehabilitation, a rare specialty that enables her to treat temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.

Emilie FR · EN

Warm and energetic, Emilie specializes in pediatrics: she puts both children and parents at ease. In general physical therapy (sprains, post-accident care, etc.), she provides gentle, personalized care tailored to your needs.

Specializing in pediatrics (plagiocephaly, scoliosis, and neuromotor rehabilitation for infants) and in supporting women during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Her diverse experience in specialized centers has enabled her to develop a playful and varied approach to making care accessible and enjoyable. She places great importance on building a relationship of trust.

When necessary, Emilie works closely with the family’s primary care physician to ensure the best possible care, and shares updates on each session with the family and the physician to ensure coordinated care.

Clara FR · EN

Clara is dedicated to supporting women at every stage of their journey. She has focused particularly on the treatment of pelvic pain. Her care combines expertise with compassion —qualities she embodies every day.

With a university degree in chronic pelvic pain, Clara brings expertise in complex pelvic conditions: vaginismus, vulvodynia, and chronic pain. She also treats non-painful pelvic disorders, such as urinary incontinence, and is specially trained to support female athletes. She uses Tecar therapy, a gentle and non-invasive approach to treating pelvic pain. She is also trained in the use of biofeedback, Urostim, and pessaries.

She focuses on gentle care and clear goals, and works closely with other healthcare professionals (doctors, nutritionists, etc.) to provide multidisciplinary care.

VI Géraldine, physical therapist at the Philae Center

Géraldine FR · EN · DE

Géraldine supports women throughout their journey into motherhood, from pregnancy through the postpartum period. She structures her support around specific clinical goals to aid the body’s recovery at every stage.
Currently on maternity leave; expected to return in March 2027.

Ten years of experience in private practice and clinical settings. At the Inselspital in Bern, she completed training in pelvic and perineal health in the maternity ward, enhancing her ability to support women. She also applies her expertise in oncology to post-breast-cancer care and the management of lipedema. Trained in LPG technology and biofeedback, she incorporates these techniques into her practice.

VII Alexandre, physical therapist at the Philae Center

Alexandre FR · EN · ES

Alexandre has been dedicated to the rehabilitation of vestibular disorders for several years. Aware of the impact these conditions have on daily life and the anxiety they can cause, he takes a patient-centered approach: taking the time to explain things and providing gentle care.

Specializes in the treatment of traumatic conditions (sprains, tendonitis, fractures) and balance disorders. Holds two university degrees in vestibular rehabilitation.

Alexandre provides care following sports injuries, accidents, surgeries, or illnesses. He is trained in manual therapy and active rehabilitation, combining manual techniques with personalized physical exercises.

The office is equipped with a rotating chair and an infrared mask for comprehensive treatment of balance disorders.
